Team
UWC Poland is powered entirely by volunteers – most of them alumni. Their dedication and energy make it possible to run the annual selection competition, mentor students during their two-year studies abroad, and maintain an active, mutually supportive alumni network.
Dominika Kampa – Chair of the Board
Alumna of Fyling Hall School, UK (2010–2012). Strategy consultant specialising in analytics and digital transformations in the TMT sector. Studied economics and politics at the University of Warwick and business at Imperial College London. Works at McKinsey & Company.
Tomasz Bażant – Treasurer
Alumnus of UWC Maastricht (2014–2016). Studied economics, international relations and Russian at the University of Rochester. After a year in Arizona as a banking-sector consultant, he moved to New York where he now works in a fintech start-up.
Weronika Grabowska – UWC Programme Coordinator
UWC Mostar alumna (2011–2013). BA in interdisciplinary biomedical sciences (College of the Atlantic) and MPH in Epidemiology & Biostatistics (Boston University). Davis Scholar. Epidemiologist and PhD candidate at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin.

Downside School alumna (2017–2019). Graduate in psychology and Spanish from the University of Glasgow.

Pearson UWC alumna (2017–2019) and University of Pennsylvania graduate (philosophy, politics & economics). Strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, London.

Alumna of Danube International School Vienna (2008–2010). Law degree (Jagiellonian University) and finance & accounting (SGH Warsaw). Works in tax advisory.
